The Committee is established by Art. IX, Sec. 8 of the By-Laws to recommend nominees for College and Foundation officers, directors, regents and Committee Chairs to the Board of Directors of the College.
The standing members (Chair, President, Foundation Chair and Chair of Board Regents) select three rotating members appointed annually.
