All CLE-CPE attendance reporting is handled electronically. If you attended the Conference, please click here to access the online reporting form. This is what we will use to report on your attendance, so completing this form is essential. Once you complete the online forms, you may download the documents below as needed for your records.
Note: You must submit your attendance information by October 31, 2024. After this time reporting your attendance will become your responsibility.

National Registry of CPE Sponsors
The American College of Bankruptcy receives CPE credit through Armstrong & Associates International who is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for group training on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
NASBA CPE Credits are made available and awarded for College group live and internet-based training that complies with the Statement on Standards for CPE Programs. In accordance with these Standards, relevant group training details are disclosed to learners in advance via email invitations, registration websites, or other similar advance announcements.

Complaints regarding NASBA National Registry CPE Sponsors may be submitted to NASBA via their website, NASBARegistry.org. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of CPE Credits for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).

The program consists of 5 panels discussing the national year in review, developments in subchapter V, chapter 11 – is it better the second time around?, hot topics in consumer bankruptcies and ethical pitfalls in bankruptcy. Lunch will be provided, featuring keynote speaker Professor Willam Baude of the University of Chicago Law School. Attendees will be offered a complimentary ticket for an architectural tour on the Chicago River. Only twenty tickets are available for the tour, so early registration is encouraged!
