The program will consist of 5 panels discussing the national year in review, developments in subchapter V, chapter 11 – is it better the second time around, hot topics in consumer bankruptcies and ethical pitfalls in bankruptcy. Lunch will be provided, featuring keynote speaker Professor Willam Baude of the University of Chicago Law School. Attendees will be offered a complimentary ticket for an architectural tour on the Chicago River. Only twenty tickets are available for the tour, so early registration is encouraged!
