Join the Fellows of the 5th, 10th and 11th Circuits for a conference at the beautiful Hyatt Centric Park City, Utah(Note, we do not have a block of rooms, but attendees are free to make their reservations using the link above.) There will be a welcome reception on Thursday evening, the educational program is on Friday, August 9, 2024, and attendees are also invited to a concert at the Utah Symphony the evening of Friday August 9, 2024. Thursday, August 8, 2024: Welcome Reception (6:00-8:00pm) All attendees are invited to attend an opening reception at the home of Charlie and Jennie Beckham in Deer Valley, Utah. Beer, wine and light bites will be served. The address will be provided upon registration. (Attendees are free to make their own dinner reservations.)

Friday, August 9, 2024: Educational Program (8:00am-4:00pm) at the
Hyatt Centric Park City

Ethics and Professionalism at the Movies
This program will draw on hypotheticals suggested by clips from movies and television programs to raise issues and foment discussion about rules of ethics, judicial canons and principles of professionalism bearing on the everyday practice of law generally and bankruptcy law in particular.  Audience participation in the discussion will be encouraged in multiple ways, including with prizes awarded.
