Pro Bono Activities

The American College of Bankruptcy (the “College”) and the American College of Bankruptcy Foundation (the “Foundation”) award grants to legal services organizations whose activities are consistent with the objective of the respective missions of the College and Foundation. Grant awards are made by the College and Foundation’s Pro Bono Committee (the “Committee”). The Committee prefers to award grants for projects related to bankruptcy and/or debtor/creditor law and its administration, and activities fostering pro bono assistance.

Applications for grants must be received by the Committee on or before July 1 of the calendar year. The Committee will not ordinarily award grants in excess of $10,000 or a grant for more than one year.
