The Sixth Circuit Fellows of the American College of Bankruptcy will host their annual 6th Circuit Fellows Meeting in Nashville, TN.  Come enjoy cocktail hour and dinner at Kitchen Notes at the Omni Hotel on Friday night, attend a CLE event at Vanderbilt University on Saturday, and spend Saturday night at the Grand Ole Opry with dinner at Merchants.  Click here for more information and to access the response form.  Please RSVP to James R. Save the Date!  Please mark your calendar and plan on attending a special retirement dinner honoring Judge Peter Walsh’s 50 years of dedicated service to the bench and bar.  Judge Walsh is a 3rd Circuit ACB Fellow from Class V.  The dinner will be held at Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE.  Details to follow in a formal invitation.

The Law Student Negotiation Competition will be hosted and co-sponsored by USC’s Gould School of Law.  Twelve law school teams will join the 2015 competition, a joint project with LawMeets, the pioneering and preeminent sponsor of live, interactive, educational competitions designed to give law students a hands-on experience in developing and honing transactional lawyering skills.  More information about the LawMeets organization and the 2015 ACB LawMeet Restructuring Negotiation Competition can be found here.
