Communications Committee

Circuit Review Report

The Best Practices and Circuit Review Report Committees was established, after discussion by the Board of Directors, at the meeting of the Board in San Diego in October 2003. Two principal objectives were sought to be served: (1) to enable the College to enhance the quality of the Bankruptcy practice through the development of “best practices” guidelines or standards, and (2) to broaden the participation of Fellows who may not otherwise be involved in the activities of the College.

National Bankruptcy Archives Committee
